4 · Frequently asked questions
Good to know
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The visit, the measurement and the detailed quote are free and commit you to nothing.
Is a visit needed to get a price?
With a few photos and approximate dimensions, we can give you a first estimate. For the final quote, we always measure on site: it guarantees windows that fit perfectly.
What should I prepare for the visit?
Nothing in particular: access to the windows to be replaced and, if you have them, the building plans. For a listed building, the requirements of the heritage office or the municipality help us prepare the quote.
Do you deal with the old window?
Yes: removal, disposal, installation of the new windows and finishing around them, with one single contact.
Do you also repair windows you did not install?
Send us a photo: we will quickly tell you whether a repair is possible and what it involves.
