Data we collect

• Quote and contact form : name, phone, email, project location, project description, and any photos or plans you attach.
• Configurator : the window configuration you choose and send us.
• Email or phone exchanges : the information you give us.
• Technical data : on each visit, the server automatically records the IP address, the date and time, the page viewed and the browser type, to ensure the security and proper operation of the website.

Use of your data

We use your data only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange a visit or a job, perform the contract and provide after-sales service. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising without your consent.

Recipients

Your data is processed by our team. Where necessary, it may be passed on to our suppliers for manufacturing your windows or doors, and to our hosting provider Infomaniak, whose servers are located in Switzerland. We do not transfer your data abroad unless your order requires it (for example a manufacturer in the European Union, which offers adequate data protection).

Retention period

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after two years. Data relating to an order is kept for the legal retention period for accounting records, i.e. ten years.

Cookies

This website uses only the technical cookies needed for it to work (for example the language chosen). It uses no advertising cookies or social networks that track you from site to site.

Visitor statistics

To find out which pages interest you and to improve the website, we measure visits with Matomo, a statistics tool installed on our own hosting in Switzerland. It works without cookies and without personal profiles:

• the IP address is shortened during the visit, which prevents you from being identified;
• only general data is measured: pages viewed, visit duration, device type, approximate region, the site you came from;
• the data stays with us, in Switzerland, and is neither passed on to third parties nor used for advertising;
• statistics are kept for 24 months and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to us at info@brahoni.ch or by post to the address above. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
