Up to passive house level
Wood naturally insulates against cold and noise. In the 92 profile, the system exceeds new-build requirements and meets passive house standards: less heating, more comfort.
A minimal carbon footprint
A renewable material that takes little energy to process and stores carbon. FSC-certified wood on request, eco-friendly water-based finishes.
A finish made to last
Stable glued laminated wood and a multi-coat finish applied before glazing: the window does not move, and it needs no more maintenance than any other material.
2 · Our wood system
Four wood systems, a profile of your choice
Four wood systems: 78, 92, HST 78 and HST 92. Windows and French windows in 78 or 92 mm, HST lift-and-slide doors in the same depths. All share the same options: you choose the shape and style, we machine the profile to measure.
78 or 92 mm depth
depending on the insulation level required, double or triple glazing.
Profile machined to the millimetre
from 60 to 130 mm wide, with a moulding, groove or rebate.
Choice of glazing bead
square for clean lines, bevelled for light, or moulded for a traditional style.
Sill section
in wood, matching the window, or in aluminium in the RAL colour of your choice.
Frame faced on the inside
a facing on the frame brings the sash and frame flush for a perfectly flat inside face.
Two colours, one wood
one stain inside, another outside: each side matches its surroundings.

The HST lift-and-slide in detail
- Large openings, light operationA handle lifts the sash, which then glides on carriages with 8 ball-bearing rollers: even a very heavy sash moves effortlessly. The SOFT CLOSE damper slows the end of travel.
- Compression sealingOnce lowered, the sash compresses its baffle seals at the top, bottom and centre; cover strips reinforce the connection with the fixed part.
- Multi-point lockingRack-and-pinion espagnolette, distributed locking points and ergonomic handle.
- Protected sash bottomAn aluminium drip profile protects the most exposed part from rain and UV.
- ECO PASS thresholdThermally broken aluminium threshold of just 5 mm, wheelchair-accessible: 10 chambers and 5 mm aluminium reinforcement, laid flush with the finished floor.
3 · The wood species
Nine woods, nine characters
All our profiles are made of multi-layer glued laminated wood: selected lamellas, dried to 12 % moisture (± 2 %) and then glued. Softwoods such as spruce and pine insulate particularly well; hardwoods such as larch and oak stand out for their longevity.
Standard
Spruce
The most widely used wood for windows. Light-coloured, lightweight and even, it takes all stains and opaque paints.
Standard
Pine
Easy to work and durable. Red-brown heartwood and pale sapwood, slightly more resinous: a warm wood.
Standard
Larch
A robust softwood, highly weather-resistant, with a pronounced grain. Ideal in the mountains and for a natural wood look.
On request
Finger-jointed larch
Larch in lamellas joined end to end by glued finger joints. The same robustness, with joints visible under a light stain.
Standard
Oak
A noble, hard and heavy wood with a pronounced grain. Very weather-resistant, it dresses characterful façades.
Standard
Meranti
A stable tropical wood that moves very little and is naturally resistant. Even red-brown tones.
On request
Sipo
An African wood of the mahogany family, red-brown, with a slightly figured grain. Stable and durable outdoors.
On request
Walnut mahogany
A golden-brown wood with a fine, even grain. A warm, elegant look for premium joinery.
On request
Eucalyptus
A hard, dense wood from managed plantations, in pinkish to red-brown tones. Very resistant, an alternative to tropical woods.
For guidance only. Every piece of wood is unique: grain and shade vary from one piece to another.
Triple-glued scantlings
Each scantling is made of three solid wood lamellas, glued with water-resistant adhesive (class D4 to EN 204). The wood moves less, cracks less and lasts longer. The visible faces are chosen knot-free.
Multi-layer, continuous
Lamellas in one piece along the full length: both visible faces are continuous, with no joints. Ideal for a light stain or a natural wood look.
Multi-layer, finger-jointed
Lamellas joined end to end with glued finger joints. Just as stable, it makes the most of every piece of wood; perfect under an opaque paint.
